The Vcore standard

Welcome to VCORE Server a city built on stories, ambition, and consequence.

By entering Vcore, you agree to follow the community’s rules and values to help us create a serious, immersive, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Breaking these rules can result in disciplinary action — including warnings, kicks, bans, loss of whitelist access, or full community blacklisting.

Our staff reserve the right to remove anyone from VCORE Server platforms (server, Discord, forums, or store) at any time if we believe you’re not here with good intent.

Use the Discord ticket system.

If someone breaks the rules, submit a Discord support ticket within 24 hours of the incident.

We go by “No clip, no case” — without a valid video clip, staff cannot act.

Your report must include:

  • A clear clip of the event with sound.
  • The player ID(s) of those involved (press U in-game).
  • A short explanation of what happened.
  • The reason(s) you believe a rule was broken.

All staff decisions are final.

If you feel a ban was unfair, you may appeal via Discord’s Ban Appeal Ticket.

Do not message staff privately or discuss bans in public channels — doing so may result in further bans.

Staff can also act on unwritten rules, using common sense and serious roleplay expectations to maintain immersion.

Open Discord support

Community basics.

You must have a working microphone with push-to-talk enabled.

Character names must be realistic — no offensive, meme, or lore-breaking names.

Advertising anything outside VCORE Server without permission will lead to a ban or blacklist.

Treat everyone — players, staff, and strangers — with respect.

Selling or trading in-game assets for real money will result in an immediate blacklist.

Toxicity and harassment will not be tolerated.

VCORE Server is 18+. Whitelist access requires proof of age and a Discord ticket.

R1

Twitch & Streaming Rules

Content & Community

VCORE Server welcomes all streamers.

If you stream, you must follow Twitch’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times while playing on the server.

We encourage content creation, but professionalism comes first.

R2

Discrimination & Hate Speech

Content & Community

VCORE Server is built on respect.

Any form of racism, homophobia, ableism, sexism, or discriminatory behavior will lead to permanent removal from the community — no warnings, no exceptions.

R3

Harassment

Content & Community

Physical, verbal, or sexual harassment — in character or out — is strictly prohibited.

Harassment of any kind will result in a full community blacklist.

R4

Random Deathmatch (RDM)

Combat & Conflict

Killing another player must always be story-driven and roleplay justified.

Taking someone’s life without proper buildup, reason, or interaction is RDM and will result in punishment.

Rules of engagement:

Both players must be visible to each other before initiating.

You cannot initiate from inside a vehicle.

The other player must have a chance to react.

You must have a valid reason to start conflict — story first, violence second.

R5

Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM)

Combat & Conflict

Using a vehicle to intentionally hit or kill another player is VDM.

Accidents happen — if it’s an accident, you’re expected to apologize and assist the injured player.

Examples of VDM:

Ramming players with intent to harm.

Blocking high-speed traffic for no reason.

Nudging or tapping players to knock them over.

Pitting rules:

Pitting is allowed but must be realistic and reasonable.

Only police may pit above 85 mph.

Avoid dangerous pits (e.g. off mountains or bridges) — if unsafe, it may count as VDM.

R6

Driving Standards

Vehicles & Aircraft

Driving in Vcore should be realistic. Using your vehicle in ways that defy logic or immersion is considered GTA Driving.

Examples:

  • Stunt jumps are allowed, but if your car rolls more than twice or lands upside down, you must exit the vehicle — no flipping it back over.
  • Using non–off-road cars for off-road travel or mountain climbing is not allowed, even with off-road tires.
  • Vehicles can travel on train tracks, but stunt jumps still apply.
  • You do not have to RP crash injuries unless the situation demands it.

Drive smart, drive with purpose, and keep it immersive.

R7

Fail Roleplay (FRP) & Poor Roleplay (PRP)

Roleplay & Character

FailRP is doing anything that’s impossible or unrealistic within the city.

If you can’t physically do something in-game, use /me commands creatively to roleplay it out.

Examples of FailRP / PRP:

Ignoring medical staff, police, or another player just to end a scene faster.

Using /me for unrealistic actions or fake items you don’t have.

Pretending to die from a small injury to avoid arrest or interaction.

Minimizing injuries unrealistically (“I’m fine” after being shot).

Common sense applies. Always prioritize high-quality roleplay over convenience.

R8

Breaking Character / Going OOC

Roleplay & Character

Stay in character at all times while in the city — before, during, and after restarts.

Using OOC language breaks immersion and will result in punishment.

Do NOT say:

“VDM,” “RDM,” “Discord,” “GTA,” “Clip that,” “Report,” etc.

Allowed IC terms:

“Import” → Tebex purchase

“Deported” → Banned

“Muscle” → Keybind

“Headpop” → Lag/disconnect

“Voicebox” → Microphone

“Going to sleep” → Logging out

“City” → Server

“In my head” → IRL

“In my eyes” → What you see on your screen

Use in-character language that keeps immersion alive.

R9

Powergaming

Roleplay & Character

Powergaming means forcing unrealistic or unfair advantages through mechanics or logic.

Examples:

Carrying someone inside a car or through solid objects.

Using garages to escape or stash items during chases.

Handcuffing moving players.

Holding someone while you’re downed or unconscious.

Keep it fair. If your character couldn’t do it in real life — don’t do it in Vcore.

R10

Stages of Injury

Roleplay & Character

When injured, there are two stages of downing in Vcore:

STAGE 1 — Wounded:

You’re bleeding out for 5 minutes.

You may speak, call for help, and observe your surroundings.

You must roleplay your injuries realistically.

STAGE 2 — Dead:

Your screen darkens for 3 minutes.

You’re fully dead — no speaking, no intel gathering.

You can respawn after the timer only once the scene is over.

VHS may attempt treatment, but you must remain “dead” and RP accordingly using your Radial Menu and /me's.

R11

New Life Rule (NLR)

Roleplay & Character

When your character dies (Stage 2), that chapter of their story ends — at least for that scene.

Your character forgets everything leading up to their death: names, faces, locations, and motives.

You cannot:

Return to the scene of your death.

Seek revenge or act on memories tied to that death.

Be reminded of events by friends (“Do you remember that shootout?”).

Likewise, the people who killed you can’t approach you asking if you “remember anything” or have a “headache.”

Once you’re gone — the story resets.

R12

Failure to Value Life (FTVL)

Combat & Conflict

Your character’s life is their most valuable possession. Every action should reflect that.

You must fear for your life when:

  • A melee weapon is drawn and within striking distance.
  • A firearm is pointed at you — from anyone, cop or criminal.
  • You’re taken hostage — cooperate or bluff, but value your life realistically.

You don’t have to value another player’s life — only your own.

But failing to fear death or acting invincible breaks immersion and will be punished.

Even the toughest criminals fear dying in Vcore City.

R13

Suicide & Terrorist Roleplay

Content & Community

Any form of suicide, self-harm, or terrorist RP is strictly forbidden, regardless of context or creativity.

There are no exceptions — this kind of roleplay does not belong in VCORE Server.

R14

Metagaming

Roleplay & Character

Metagaming means using knowledge gained outside the city to influence your in-character actions.

This destroys immersion and will result in long-term bans.

Examples include:

  • Using Discord calls or DMs for in-character information.
  • Watching or referencing live streams for IC advantage.
  • Being in a streamer’s chat while in the city.
  • Sharing knowledge between your own characters (e.g., your cop alt warns your criminal alt).
  • Using info your other characters couldn’t possibly know — they are separate lives, separate stories.

Keep your head in the city — Vcore is all about what your character knows, not what you do.

R15

Robberies & Heists

Crime & Heists

Big money brings big responsibility.

All robberies and heists must be realistic, fair, and roleplay-focused.

Rules:

  • No robberies within 30 minutes before or after a server restart.
  • A maximum of 8 people (including the getaway driver) can be involved in any robbery or heist.
  • You can take:

2 hostages for small/medium jobs (shops, banks, etc.)

4 hostages for large, high-stakes heists.

  • Only 2 vehicles are allowed at the initial heist site (getaway cars may be used later).
  • No bikes or helicopters at the initial scene — they can be used after the escape.
  • You cannot demand money or items directly for hostages.
  • Always prioritize story over profit — quality RP beats quantity of loot.
R16

Cop Baiting

Crime & Heists

Police are here to serve and protect — not to be clowned for cheap entertainment.

Any deliberate attempt to provoke cops without purpose or story is cop baiting.

Examples:

Running red lights or committing petty crimes just to trigger a chase.

Inserting yourself into police scenes for no IC reason.

Using /999 or fake reports to lure cops into a trap.

Leaving graffiti or dispatches just to taunt law enforcement.

Cop baiting kills immersion — if you want heat, build a reason for it.

R17

Scamming

Crime & HeistsBusinesses & Economy

Scamming adds spice to the criminal world — but it must stay fair and logical.

You may scam players for:

Illegal goods (weapons, drugs, stolen cash, heist items).

Criminal deals that make sense in roleplay.

You may NOT scam players for:

Legal items, vehicles, or legitimate business assets.

Bank money (forcing withdrawals or wire transfers).

Scams should feel like clever storytelling, not cheap tricks. Outplay with words, not loopholes.

R18

Green Zones

Crime & Heists

Green Zones are safe areas — no violence, no kidnapping, no hostility.

They protect players who are out of character or handling business.

If a scene starts outside a Green Zone and continues inside, it may continue — but intentionally running into a safe zone to escape RP is not allowed.

Protected Areas:

  • All hospitals (interior, parking lots, roofs).
  • All police stations (front, back, parking lots).

Scamming is allowed in Green Zones — violence is not.

Keep them sacred; they’re safe space for everyone.

R19

Erotic Roleplay (ERP)

Content & Community

ERP is permitted only if all parties clearly consent.

If someone says no — it means no, without exception.

Engaging in ERP without consent will result in an immediate ban.

Keep it tasteful, adult, and private. Vcore is sexy, not sleazy.

R20

Force Roleplay

Combat & Conflict

Forcing your way into someone else’s story without reason is ForceRP.

This includes inserting yourself into active RP scenes that don’t involve your character.

If your actions ruin or hijack others’ RP, you’ll face punishment.

Every character deserves the chance to tell their story — don’t steal that from them.

R21

Combat Logging

Combat & Conflict

Leaving the city to avoid roleplay or consequences breaks immersion and trust.

If you disconnect mid-RP, it must be due to a genuine issue (power outage, crash, etc.).

If this happens:

Try to reconnect immediately.

If you can’t, submit a support ticket explaining the situation.

Failure to return or explain your exit is considered combat logging, and may result in your pockets being wiped and a ban.

If your game crashes, it’s your responsibility to prove it — “headpop” doesn’t excuse deliberate avoidance.

R22

Hostage Rules

Combat & ConflictCrime & Heists

Hostage-taking is high-stakes RP and must make sense within your character’s story.

Guidelines:

  • You may take up to 2 hostages for small robberies and 4 for large heists.
  • Hostages cannot be friends, allies, or gang members — they must be neutral or random civilians.
  • All hostages must be treated with respect and fear for their lives.
  • Do not use the same hostage twice in the same day.
  • Police or government officials may not be used as hostages.
  • Do not demand “money” or “items” from PD — negotiate escape or conditions, not cash.

Hostage RP is about tension and storytelling — not farming payouts.

R23

Kidnapping

Combat & ConflictCrime & Heists

Kidnapping must have a valid IC reason and should always move a story forward.

Dragging random people into a van without reason or buildup is poor RP.

Rules:

You must have an established motive — business, revenge, interrogation, etc.

You cannot kidnap someone from Green Zones or government buildings.

Always allow reasonable communication if kidnapped (unless gagged IC).

Avoid excessive torture or demeaning RP — keep it story-appropriate.

If it’s not something your character would believably do, don’t do it in Vcore.

R24

Police / Emergency Service Impersonation

Roleplay & CharacterEmergency Services

Pretending to be law enforcement or emergency personnel without authorization is strictly forbidden.

That includes wearing uniforms, driving marked vehicles, or identifying yourself as PD/VHS.

Exceptions:

If the impersonation is part of a high-quality RP scenario (e.g., undercover sting, staged heist), it must be pre-approved by staff.

Abuse of this rule leads to severe punishment.

R25

Corruption Rules

Emergency Services

Corruption is a delicate art — and only allowed for those who earn it.

Police, VHS, or government employees may not take bribes, commit crimes, or leak information without staff approval.

To request corruption permissions, open a General Support Ticket in Discord and outline your concept.

If approved, you’ll get conditional permissions and limits.

Breaking them leads to immediate removal from your job and possible blacklist.

R26

Twitch / YouTube Content Guidelines

Content & Community

VCORE Server welcomes creators, but professionalism matters.

If you stream or upload content, you must ensure it follows Twitch, YouTube, and Vcore RP standards.

Prohibited content:

Hate speech or slurs

Explicit sexual material

Doxxing or harassment

Leaking staff-only information

Encouraging metagaming or rule breaks

We love creators — but your content represents the city. Make Vcore proud.

R27

Exploiting / Bug Abuse

Crime & Heists

If you find a bug or exploit, report it immediately via a support ticket.

Using it for advantage (even once) will result in a permanent ban.

Examples include:

Duping money, cars, or items

Bypassing cooldowns or mechanics

Glitching into restricted areas

Circumventing job limits or laws

If you’re unsure whether something’s a bug, ask first — ignorance won’t save you.

R28

Unrealistic Driving & Police Pursuits

Vehicles & Aircraft

Driving should feel grounded and cinematic — not like an arcade game.

During chases, both criminals and police must drive in ways that make sense for their character, vehicle, and setting.

Civilians:

Avoid stunt jumps, unrealistic off-roading, and physics-breaking maneuvers.

Don’t purposely crash into cops to disable them — it’s not GTA VI story mode.

Police:

Use authorized tactics (spike strips, pitting, roadblocks) responsibly.

Avoid excessive force or vehicle destruction unless escalation is justified.

Your car is a storytelling tool, not a weapon.

R29

Roleplaying Injuries

Combat & ConflictRoleplay & Character

When you’re hurt, act hurt.

Whether it’s a fistfight or a gunshot, injuries must be roleplayed realistically — your character isn’t invincible.

Examples:

Limp after being shot or hit.

Take time to recover — don’t sprint away instantly.

Use medical RP creatively when VHS arrives.

Respect death and pain as story moments, not inconveniences.

Good injury RP deepens immersion and earns respect from everyone.

R30

Value of Property

Roleplay & CharacterCrime & HeistsBusinesses & Economy

All property — houses, cars, weapons, and money — has in-character value.

Stealing or damaging another player’s property without valid RP reason is not allowed.

You can’t:

Randomly torch cars or spray bullets at garages.

Enter player homes without RP justification.

Abuse ownership systems to grief or troll.

Respect what people work for — Vcore rewards hustle, not havoc.

R31

Emergency Services Conduct

Emergency Services

Police, VHS, and government roles carry authority — and responsibility.

When you wear the badge, uniform, or ID, you represent VCORE Server. Professionalism and realism come first.

Expectations:

Always act within your department’s code of conduct.

Follow realistic rank hierarchy — no “lone wolf” cops or rogue medics.

Use clear, believable roleplay when interacting with civilians.

Corruption requires staff approval (see Section R25).

Abuse of power, trolling, or failure to roleplay properly will lead to immediate termination and potential blacklist from government jobs.

R32

VHS & Medical Roleplay

Emergency Services

The medical service exists to create immersive recovery RP — not instant revives.

Treat every call like a real emergency.

Guidelines:

Always assess and communicate with patients.

Roleplay treatment steps (CPR, bandaging, stabilization).

Don’t instantly revive or ignore obvious injuries.

Transport patients realistically — don’t teleport or skip the process.

Use hospital interiors and /me commands for immersion.

Refusing medical RP or trolling VHS will result in punishment.

VHS characters are here to save lives and stories, not cut corners.

R33

Police Procedures & Arrest Roleplay

Emergency Services

Policing in Vcore should feel authentic — like a modern crime drama, not a speedrun.

Arrests, investigations, and patrols must follow logical, story-driven steps.

Rules:

Always Mirandize suspects before questioning.

Do not jail someone without giving them a clear RP reason.

Allow for negotiation during arrests when appropriate.

Avoid stacking unnecessary charges to inflate sentences.

Keep use of force reasonable and proportionate.

Corruption, brutality, or false imprisonment without valid RP will lead to internal investigation and potential removal.

R34

Corruption & Internal Affairs (IA)

Emergency Services

All forms of corruption — leaks, bribes, smuggling, or cover-ups — must be pre-approved by staff and your department head.

IA (Internal Affairs) monitors all government employees for misconduct.

If IA investigates you, cooperate professionally — refusing, lying, or trolling during IA investigations will be treated as OOC non-compliance.

Corruption RP should enhance realism, not disrupt it.

R35

Firearms & Weapon Rules

Combat & ConflictCrime & Heists

Vcore City’s guns come with heavy responsibility.

Rules:

  • Weapons must be used realistically and with intent — not for random intimidation.
  • Brandishing in public for no reason is FailRP.
  • You must have valid licensing for legal firearms.
  • Selling or sharing illegal weapons must be roleplayed through established contacts.
  • You cannot instantly pull a weapon while hands are raised or while tased.
  • Always keep weapons holstered in Green Zones or government areas.

Treat firearms like real-world tools — dangerous, rare, and meaningful.

R36

Drug Roleplay

Crime & Heists

Drug RP adds depth to Vcore — but must be handled smartly.

You can:

Grow, sell, or traffic narcotics if tied to a believable story.

Create deals and distribution networks with other players.

Use /me and /do commands to show product exchanges.

You cannot:

Force drug use on other players.

Spam drug RP or mass-sell to random civilians.

Use drug mechanics as your only form of RP — mix it up.

Creative criminal enterprise is encouraged, but realism and quality always come first.

R37

Gang Rules & Turf Control

Gangs & Territory

Vcore thrives on organized chaos — but order still matters.

Gangs, crews, and organizations must follow structure and lore that fit the city.

Rules:

A gang must have at least 6 active members.

Gang names must be realistic (no meme names).

You must register your gang through a Gang Support Ticket.

Inter-gang wars may require staff oversight and valid IC cause.

You cannot mass recruit or war for no reason.

No “super gangs” — each crew has limits to influence and power.

Gang RP is about identity and storytelling, not just conflict.

Earn your rep through loyalty, business, and blood — not spammed shootouts.

R38

Turf Wars & Criminal Territory

Gangs & Territory

Turf RP must be built on progression, not instant dominance.

To claim or defend territory, there must be:

Ongoing conflict or tension between factions.

Regular RP scenes to support the turf war (meetings, trades, disputes).

Staff approval before escalation.

You can’t simply “declare” turf over text — it must be earned and recognized through consistent RP.

R39

Money Laundering & Criminal Economy

Crime & HeistsBusinesses & Economy

The underground economy in Vcore is alive — but it must make sense.

All laundering operations must connect to believable businesses or contacts.

Rules:

You can launder money only through RP-established means (e.g., fronts, handlers).

Randomly “cleaning” cash or using non-approved systems is exploit abuse.

The best criminals think long-term — build your empire smartly.

R40

Respect & Roleplay Quality

Content & Community

VCORE Server is built on immersion, creativity, and community.

At the end of the day, these are the golden rules:

Treat everyone with respect, in character and out.

Focus on quality, not quantity — less chaos, more story.

Use common sense in every situation.

Remember: staff are here to support, not babysit.

If you’re unsure whether something is allowed, ask.

If it feels unrealistic — don’t do it.

If it breaks immersion — rethink it.

VCORE Server isn’t just a server; it’s a living world.

Play your part, stay in character, and make every scene count.

R41

Staff Interaction & Conduct

Content & Community

VCORE Server staff are here to support roleplay, not control it.

Every staff member operates with neutrality and professionalism — respect that.

Rules:

Always comply with staff instructions immediately.

Do not argue during active staff sits — you can appeal later.

Disrespect, trolling, or ignoring staff will result in a ban.

Recording or leaking private staff conversations is strictly prohibited.

Do not DM staff for personal issues — use support tickets.

Staff members are also roleplayers, but when they act as staff, their word is final in the moment.

Disputes can always be handled through the proper appeal channels.

R42

Staff Situations (Staff Sits)

Content & Community

When a staff member pulls you into a sit, treat it as a professional discussion — not an argument.

Guidelines:

Remain calm, honest, and respectful.

Only discuss the issue at hand.

Do not bring unrelated situations into the ticket or sit.

Do not “staff shop” (seek multiple staff opinions on the same case).

If you feel a decision was unfair, you can request a Senior Staff Review through Discord.

R43

Community Behavior

Content & Community

VCORE Server is a community before it’s a city.

Everyone — from veteran roleplayers to fresh faces — deserves respect and fairness.

Prohibited behavior includes:

Bullying or harassment (IC or OOC).

Spreading rumors or starting OOC drama.

Doxxing, hate speech, or slurs.

Encouraging players to break rules or “get away with it.”

Posting inappropriate or NSFW content in public channels.

Toxicity kills immersion. Kindness builds cities. Choose wisely.

R44

Whitelist & Age Policy

Content & Community

VCORE Server is a whitelisted 18+ community.

To access whitelisted roles or jobs, players must complete an application and interview process.

Requirements:

Minimum age: 18 years old.

Active Discord account linked to your character.

Working mic and understanding of server rules.

Lying about your age, using fake IDs, or evading whitelist bans will result in permanent removal.

R45

Multi-Character & Alt Rules

Roleplay & Character

You may have multiple characters, but they must remain independent from one another.

Your alts cannot share information, money, or assets.

Examples:

Your criminal character cannot tip off your police character.

You can’t transfer items or cash between alts.

You may not use alt accounts to influence wars, businesses, or gang activity.

Each life is its own story. Keep them separate — that’s what makes Vcore feel real.

R46

Bans & Appeals

Content & Community

Bans exist to maintain the health of the community — not to punish permanently.

You have the right to appeal a ban once, unless it’s explicitly marked as non-appealable.

Appeal Process:

  • File a Ban Appeal Ticket in Discord.
  • Provide your character name, Steam ID, and the reason for appeal.
  • Be honest — lying will result in an instant denial.
  • Staff will review your case and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Staff decisions are final once appeals are closed.

Respect the process, and you’ll always be treated fairly.

R47

Discord & Out-of-City Behavior

Content & Community

VCORE Server’s Discord is an extension of the city.

What happens there still reflects who you are in the community.

You cannot:

Leak confidential information from tickets or channels.

Harass or troll other members.

Advertise other servers or communities.

Share NSFW, political, or hateful content.

Use alternate Discord accounts to evade moderation.

Failure to follow Discord rules will result in bans both in-city and on Discord.

R48

Voice Changers & Modifications

Content & CommunityRoleplay & Character

Voice changers are allowed only if they fit your character and remain realistic.

If your voice mod is robotic, distorted, or hard to understand, staff may ask you to disable it.

Examples: ✅ Allowed: gender-aligned or themed voice filters that enhance RP.

❌ Not allowed: troll voices, chipmunk filters, robot tones, or meme effects.

If you’re not sure your setup fits the standard, check with staff before using it.

R49

Character Wipes & Resets

Roleplay & Character

Character wipes or resets may occur under special circumstances, such as:

Major server-wide story resets.

Staff intervention for rule violations.

If your character is wiped, your property and assets are not guaranteed to return.

Always back up your character story and assets via screenshots if needed.

R50

Common Sense Rule

Content & CommunityRoleplay & Character

Not every rule can cover every situation — so the final rule is simple:

Use common sense.

If what you’re about to do feels unrealistic, exploitative, or immersion-breaking, don’t do it.

If you’re unsure, ask a staff member before acting.

VCORE Server thrives when everyone plays with integrity.

R51

Ninja Looting

Combat & ConflictCrime & Heists

Robbing players for the sake of getting free and easy items when you had no relation to their killing or scene is considered Ninja Looting, this also includes searching random cars for free items.

R52

Roleplay Over Ruleplay

Content & CommunityRoleplay & Character

If you're in a scene and you think someone has broken a rule, continue with the scene and still give 100%. Deal with the rule break via a support ticket in the main discord after the scene has completely finished. Under no circumstance, should you say to anyone in roleplay that you are reporting this rule break even with the use of allowed terminology such as lottery ticket.

R53

Camping Locations

Combat & ConflictCrime & Heists

Remaining in a spot for a significant amount of time to rob, kill, or initiate on someone is considered location camping and will result in a ban from the server. An exception can be made if a valid high-quality roleplay story is in-line with your reasoning to camp that location and must be justified to members of staff when reported or brought into a ticket. This is to be done at your own risk. Location camping to take over others heists or robberies is prohibited.

R54

Stealing Emergency Service Equipment

Crime & HeistsEmergency Services

Certain items can be stolen from emergency services, however you must have a valid roleplay reason for doing so. Items that can be stolen are listed below:

  • Flashlights;
  • Spikestrips;
  • Any ammunition;
  • Handcuffs;
  • Body camera;
  • Armour;
  • Radio;
  • Bandage(s);
  • First aid;
  • Medical box;
  • Stethoscope.

Anything that isn't on the list above cannot be taken from emergency services. Stealing equipment you shouldn't have will result in a ban from the server.

R55

Voice Identification Radio

Roleplay & Character

To identify the voice of a character via radio you must understand which character is talking. As many players hold multiple characters you may interact over the radio therefore you do not know who is speaking unless they identify themselves, as you are not aware whether it is the character you think it may be.

CALLS

Calling someone anonymously doesn't mask your voice, it masks your phone number. Unless you are able to directly recognise the number you are being called from you cannot assume it is the character you are speaking to as again, they may hold multiple characters. Therefore, you remain anonymous until identified.

CLOTHING

You cannot identify a voice through a mask unless you are able to identify them through repetitive clothing, tattoos, hair, vehicles that belong to them, number plates and other distinct traits someone may have to recognise it is them.

R56

Aircraft Usage

Vehicles & Aircraft

Aircraft usage must be done correctly and following the rules stated below:

  • Helicopters and planes must fly above 500ft for general purposes unless it is used strictly for a roleplay purpose such as area surveillance or compound surveillance. Other roleplay scenarios and stories may also exempt the 500ft rule.
  • Helicopters and planes cannot land in the main city unless it is on a helipad.
  • Anyone flying an aircraft stupidly or doing anything deemed unrealistic while in a helicopter or a plane will be met with punishments.
  • You cannot use helicopters or planes to get people out of prison.
  • You cannot use helicopters or planes to do any corner selling.
  • You cannot use helicopters or planes at the start of a heist, however they can be used later into the chase for a decamp.
R57

Loitering

Emergency Services

Loitering around emergency buildings without a valid roleplay story or scene is prohibited. The locations which are subject to this rule are listed below:

  • POLICE STATIONS
  • HOSPITALS

Any other locations you may congregate around as long as you are not being a nuisance to the location owners or people actively roleplaying in that area.

R58

Spamming

Content & CommunityEmergency Services

Spamming police dispatches and any other emergency dispatch is punishable by a warning up towards a ban at most depending on the severity of the spam.

R59

Police Radar

Crime & HeistsEmergency Services

Criminals should be fully aware that committing repeated crimes and pose a threat to both police and civilians will result in that criminal or group to be on the 'Police Radar' this allows the police service to do what is within their power to stop you from continuing in doing what is deemed as threatening and repeated offences. This is known as 'dangerous offenders' and 'severity assessment' - police have the ability to liaise with CPS & Judiciary to warrant raids, seizure of financial assets and other assets, extended sentencing, and so on. Although is it very rare, a life sentence is also possible.

R60

Black Screen / Loading Screen Camping

Combat & ConflictCrime & Heists

Doors or areas that have a black screen when entering or exiting cannot be camped. This means, you cannot wait outside or inside the door or area and use the players black screen loading time to gain an advantage over them. You must find a different place inside or outside to wait for them to finish loading. If the case is that there is no other place for you to wait for them, you must wait until their character is conscious and then continue your scene. You must allow fair roleplay for all parties.

An example of this could be: A house robbery is taking place, you are actively robbing the place and police are entering the building. You know to enter the building you have a black screen / loading screen. Therefore, you will situate yourself somewhere else in the building to allow the officers to complete their loading screen. You cannot kill them at the door unless they are actively moving.

Business Grounds Initiation

Combat & ConflictCrime & HeistsBusinesses & Economy

You cannot take employees hostage without prior relevant initiation inside or outside of the business. You cannot simply run inside a business and take an employee hostage for low quality roleplay reasons. When you STAGE 1 or STAGE 2 a person regardless if it's inside a business or not, it must be a last resort. If you choose to take an employee hostage without prior roleplay or initiation it is at your own risk, you must ensure it is fun for both parties and high-quality. Players who are in business grounds but are not employees are fair game, they do not apply to this rule.

Failure To Value Freedom (FTVF)

Combat & ConflictCrime & Heists

You must always value your freedom. This comes with many ways as listed below:

  • If you have a chance to escape from the police, then escape. Do not attempt to come back and commit further crimes or guns unless there is an extremely important reason.
  • This rule is in-line with the hostage taking for small sentences rule, if you decide to take a hostage to release a friend who's facing any sentence below 60 months, you will be held liable to punishments for breaching both this rule and hostage taking rule.
  • Always value your freedom. This means don't commit crime(s) unless you have to or have a valid reason to. This rule is also in-line with the cop baiting rule.
  • This rule is also in-line with the common sense within serious roleplay rule.
